Reservation, Appointments and Cancellation Policy

Monarch Skin Studio is dedicated to providing our clients with a premium elevated skincare treatments.

 

We kindly request our guests to observe our Spa Policies.

APPOINTMENTS
First-time Clients: We require all new clients to complete a client information form. This is to gather relevant treatment and medical information about you to assess your suitability for treatments and/or products used during your service. To allow time to fill out these forms, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your booking time. Please refrain from using Retinol, Retin A or Tretinoin 7days before your facial treatment especially for peel applications. Make sure that you are well hydrated. Before treatment, we will incorporate " breathing exercise to help release tension and help relax.

Post Treatment: Please do not wash your face after treatment until the following day. Refrain from strenuous activities. You may go back using Retinol, Retin A or Tretinoin after 2 days except for advance Pell treatments ( Will discuss individually). Continue to be consistent and commit to your daily skin regimen to achieve results.

 

For All Clients: When you make an appointment with one us, we are promising our time to you for the duration of your appointment.

Kindly arrive on time for your appointment .We understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable. However, depending on circumstances, we may be forced to shorten or we may need to reschedule your service.


Clients who arrive late will be charged in full for their scheduled session, but will receive an abbreviated, pro-rated session. For example, if you scheduled an hour session and arrive 15 minutes late, you will be charged for that hour session but will only receive 45 minutes of treatment for that session, including consultation and changing time. We want to ensure the quality and integrity of each services.

Please notify the salon of any changes to your contact details, including name changes, address, email and mobile number.  This will ensure you do not miss any critical communications from the salon to you.

RESERVATIONS
Clients can now make all reservations online or call us at (707) 266-2040 to schedule an appointment. A credit card is required to reserve spa appointments. Online bookings are charged at the time of booking. 


CANCELLATIONS
Please call us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged in full. 


No Show: If you no-show for your appointment for services you will be asked to 100% prepay your next booking, this payment will be non-refundable. If you no-show on more than one occasion, you will be required to prepay all future appointment bookings.
 

Prepaid Service Policy: If you make a booking for a pre-paid service and cancel this appointment within 24 hours or no-show. The salon reserves the right to redeem your paid service if that time slot was unable to be filled with another client appointment.

 

Return Policy: Products purchased in our Lifestyle Boutique may be returned within 10 days of purchase when accompanied by a receipt, for a store credit.

GIFT CARDS
Gift cards may be purchased at the spa, telephone at (707) 266-2040 or online.
